Good people how is he (Thabani) supposed to remember his questions if he does not use his phone. With time he will grow to not need his phone - You have to start somewhere to grow. Various interviewers use cue cards and tablets to refer to and track their interviews. In the future hopefully, Thabani will learn how to use his phone in a manner that is not distracting.
