@@saml.8295 - this villa was built in 2019 - common fee is 36,000/ year which is come with 24 hrs security, common area cleaning, grass cutting , rubbish collection. - It locate at soi Monmai-queen’s project village (Hua Hin soi 70) , Hin Lel Fai only 6 km away from hua hin night market which is around 10 minutes drive to city center.
