What is meant by "Geer shape"?

Geer is the name of a company and all the flaps they produced have a distinctive shape. Geer shaped flaps have a sharp point in the center [bottom[ and then curve up to the sides. Several other manufacturers can be identified by how they made lodge flaps, but Geer flaps are certainly a unique shape that set them apart from what other companies produced.
