Adam I’ve used mineral spirits in place of goo off many times. Just let it soak a couple of minutes and the label will just about slide off intact. Just a thought.

I would love to see a difference in the Zenair rivet tip versus the standard tip...

You mean the machined tip that you get from Zenith?

@@AeroworksProductions you had mentioned that the rivet tip from Zenair will give a more domed profile than a standard tip that comes with the rivet gun. I was curious to see a pulled rivet from each.

@@Ringele5574 Basically one is flat and one is rounded due to being pulled into the machines head. I’ll demonstrate in a future video.

Rustoleum self etching primer spray can for small parts.

@@tylerzillig5697 That is cortec done at the factory. It’s a water based corrosion inhibitor.

The plans show A6 RIVETS QTY 8, and the bracket has 8 top holes. I wonder if they assumed that's all anyone would need to know. But still odd that they're omitted from the parts list.

Good point Jason, I think sometimes the factory takes for granted that they know how to build the plane and others may be their first time. I'll keep a lookout for the quantity in the future when I have questions. Thanks for watching.

My Cruzer is at a similar stage . The bracket that comes with the finish kit looks the same .Mine bolts on with sixteen AN3 bolts .4 top 4 bottom each side .The bracket has two angles fitted front and back on the top with the big pulled rivets 8in total.The angle needs the corners removed to miss the bolts .The rubber doughnuts just miss the bolts if you point them outwards .This is a retro fit part for builders changing over from the bungee system .Your part might be similar .Thank you for the effort in posting the videos .

All the small parts are being primed with Rustoleum self etching primer.

What engine will you be going with? Where did you find the FWF kit? I enjoy the videos. Ordered my SD rudder last Sunday and they told me it should ship by Friday.

Haven’t fully committed to an engine choice just yet. May have some interesting ideas for that so stay tuned. Zenith sells firewall forward kits for the popular engines. Congrats on the rudder kit.
