Luke the Star Trek analogy is under promise and over deliver. Perspective as Jacks client on contact. Just treat your coach like the wonderful human he is. Be respectful of your coaches time too, Jack has a life like we all do. The amount of times I’ll send him a random message after 8pm because that’s when I train, or sent footage over the weekend, I know the score I know when he will get back to me and I never expect it to be there and then. I often tell him that my message can wait until tomorrow or Monday etc. Because I want him to have a life. 😊
