Күн бұрын

Today the boys had a great conversation with one of the most polarizing figures in sports, Coach Jason Brown from seasons 3 & 4 of Netflix’s Last Chance U. This is a very inside look into who Jason Brown is as a person and what drives him as a man and a football coach. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Also, the boys close out with Friday Bangerz to send you into the weekend the right way.

It's really a fascinating story. The shit he had to deal with in order to survive, grow-up and thrive has left him in a state that is at odds with some of the bullshit we see in 2020.

@seanbradley2153
@seanbradley2153 5 жыл бұрын
Jbrum... the Hitler comment was given to him when he arrived. The team and the student embraced it. He was not an athlete and was given a spot on the team as a manager, etc. He told him he would probably never see the field but could wear a jersey. When it all went down, the ADULT called out JB and he replied back. NOT what social media wants to portray. There is another KZbin explanation from the horses mouth (JB). The Johnny Cochran story is mentioned as well. Don’t sell this man short. Walk a 100 yards in this Coaches’ Nike before you talk shit. Theresa TON behind the scenes that provides much better insight than 8 hours of LCU or Twitter and other social media.

Yeah there's a difference between d1 and juco coaches. Just because you coach d1 doesnt necessarily mean you're better.

@@josephdavis1704 completely agree. Coached at a California Juco last year for basketball and you have to wear several hats. Coach/tutor/academic advisor/parent all on top of working a separate job to support yourself. Its a grind but like Coach Brown says its the most rewarding and impactful
