Sir one topic for discussion Karnataka government banned college union elections in 1988 90, following a court order The high court did a good job by banning the elections , before the order,the college unions were active, it was a part of education system, without which we couldn't imagine the colleges ,it looked like the union existince was symbol of democracy, but after the union elections were banned , nothing affected the education system and students!things are going smoothly,infact education industry is growing exponentially! Then what for this unions has relevance!?did we really required politics in education system? More damages happened to society then good ,from this unions! Just as the poltics/unions/ elections was banned in colleges , we just keep away this politician and politics from Public sector and government boards ,the system of appointing public representatives into psu and boards should be banned, this board members do nothing to benifit public,these positions are nothing but money making opportunities!to politician and thier chelas!
