Hello Viktoriia 🤩great seeing you again. Interesting subject. I'm a natural short sleeper, at least in my adult life and when I'm at home. I'm currently in Ukraine and I have found that I've experienced many positive changes during my visits. I sleep like a log for at least 8 hours a night, I'm in a happier frame of mind and at peace and tranquil even with global geopolitical events. I've got a few months this time and I'm hoping to enjoy the full benefit from this amazing therapeutic effect from Ukraine. As I've watched your videos for a long time I've always been impressed by your calm and clear way you speak and I have come to love your presentations. As I meet more and more people during my visits, my ears are naturally tuned to your standard and it makes me very happy to know that the majority of Ukrainians are truly wonderful people.
