This was as powerfull as it actully started to bring me back to my true self that has been very admired at least by people I knew in my life, I lost that feeling recently because of my low self-esteem resolted of losing the motivation of being an influncer as I used naturaly to be. I’ve loved Paul McKenna’s hypnosis audios and books since early 2000s. They feed your mind with positive affirmations and deep welllbeing. Listen regularly. I love this two guys!! They really made a change in my live. I started with Vinshen 6 day meditation in You tube and later in pandemic I suscribed to Mindvalley for two years and found McKenna in one of the courses. I heard the Hipnosis trans meditation for more than 8 months In a row. The same one. Each time I heard it, there was a knew beautiful story inside the same meditation I had not hear before. It brought me peace and stability to hear it every day. I must say I love more hipnosis than meditation, but each one has it’s own healing aspect. The next two year I changed to Joe Dispensa which I love too. But now I’ll change back to Mindvalley again since we never stop learning new and different thing. ( I’m a widow with 3 kids since 2015. The road has been hard but I’m still here, learning and growing).
