Ep1 - Let's Get This Show on the Road! | The Goat & Pony Show (Vstrom & Scrambler Ducati)

Neel (Speed Goat) and I hit the road for our annual anniversary trip (19th!) to the mountains of NC and TN. We will start out in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Mount Pisgah, travel to Bryson City, on to Robbinsville NC, and finish up in Little Switzerland, NC before heading back to Raleigh.
Dirt Pony (my 2015 Scrambler Ducati 803 Icon) gets to try out his new adventure legs on dirt roads and water crossings with the new Öhlins suspension and ADV kit! Neel is on his 2018 Suzuki VStrom 1000 (AKA Speed Goat!)
Along the way we hit Lake Lure, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tail of the Dragon, The Foothills Parkway, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, Wheeler's Speed Shop, Tapoco Lodge, Simple Life Campground, Cherohola Skyway, Maple Springs Observation Deck, The Diamondback, Roan Mountain TN, many other side roads, and of course DIRT ROADS along the route!

Oh gosh soooo true!! I'd rather take it than 40 up Black Mountain if I can though when I'm headed west in NC. That gets so dicey with the fog and highway traffic!!
