Good stuff. As an older installer, I wish I had the opportunity that you younger men have. I’ve got the same mentality y’all have, but never had the balls to jump out on my own till I turned 50. It was never like that in this area due to selfish OG’s. I’m mentoring my guy the same way. It’s about collaboration rather than competition for me. We have fun and everyone is thriving. Y’all are great role models. Keep it up !!!
