What's the best way to get to the hotel from Changi Airport? Metro, or is there an airport shuttle that arrives nearby?

Hi! I’m not too sure about metro or airport shuttle since I never took it before. I usually just call a grab or take the taxi straight from the airport. If anybody has more knowledge on this, please comment here!
