Ep145 Loot Piñata - All The Mods 9 Modpack

This is a series on the ATM 9 Modpack! We're jumping in quite early the modpack so we can look forward to frequent updates, and all the fun that comes along with those! Traditionally ATM packs have some fun late game goals to work towards, and a wide range of mods at your disposal to tackle whatever it is you want to, by whatever means you want to. By starting early, some things may be different in this playthrough when compared to the version you're playing in the future, but for the most part it should be similar :) You'll just have a lot more mods to play with!

an interesting way of getting obsidian is using the vortex tube (I'm not sure) from pneumatic craft on a barrel, which cools down all the lava buckets inside the barrel into obsidian, i saw lashmak do this. what i did was digital miner to mine all the obsidian in the end while i was farming dragon teeth as it regens the pillars each time the dragon respawns. material stonework factory is faster than a blast chiller but you can copy machine configs with a red print in thermal so building a 256 blast chiller setup to produce the obsidian can be done really quickly especially with xnet

You could get some bees to give you obsidian

Dew can't you use a constructor to place lava under water and a destructor to break the obsidian generated, that is how I generated my obsidian, do ten of these set ups, it makes more than enough obsidian for the ATM Star.

I think the lag issue is the reason, less animation to load

was kinda sad that you got the loot pinata, wanted to see you make some crazy overcomplicated setup like you usually do lol 😭😔 you could have automated it by doing an item pickup and then detecting those items before they are taken out (comparator or detector module?) . automate end crystals with a builder constantly running with redstone pulse in a hollow box around the end portal frame below and make only those 4 blocks air blocks and cover the top on rest of them? (prob should work). there is also a vanilla glitch with the dragon freeze thing when you put blocks at specific coords in the end, and there is also the one-hit KO glitch which is prob easier to automate?

yay you finally did the stasis chamber, i found the exact y level on reddit too on the atm subreddit.

targetted block in your f3 screen shows the coords of the block you are looking at. also your coords, are the coords of your feet(everything in minecraft seems to be at your feet even your explosion damage 😯🤔) , so that's why you were are y=124 when the block underneath you was at y=123

Why do you not have a dimensional card for refined storage?

The controller has a max capacity of 32,000 rf, adding the dimensional card makes the RS system turn off due to the amount being drawn, thus making Dew not want to use it, he doesn't like increasing the max capacity to 64,000.
