This is a series on the ATM 9 Modpack! We're jumping in quite early the modpack so we can look forward to frequent updates, and all the fun that comes along with those! Traditionally ATM packs have some fun late game goals to work towards, and a wide range of mods at your disposal to tackle whatever it is you want to, by whatever means you want to. By starting early, some things may be different in this playthrough when compared to the version you're playing in the future, but for the most part it should be similar :) You'll just have a lot more mods to play with!

The phytogenic insolator and the laser drill are two of the four blocks that are blacklisted for use with the soul surge. You also can’t speed up the hydroponic bed or the stasis chamber. But if you try it on something that can actually be sped up like an advanced beehive (not the expansion box, though), it’s a big speed difference. You’re right, it’s often easier to just make 4x as many machines rather than speeding one up by 4x, but if you think about something like the ATM star bee, rather than fishing up 20 patrick bees to make 20 star bees, you can just fish up 5 to fill one hive and 4x it. Kind of niche but definitely possible- and I’m sure there are much more creative uses for it too.

You should try adding a battery buffer like an Ae energycell to your network in the beyound this could fix the problems with ae there. (worked for a simillar problem)
