If that was an agreement between the two of them, why is the lady now refusing to give her body to the property owner, which was the method she promised to pay the rent with. The gentleman is right, it is either the lady pay for the rent, in order for her to stay in the house, or the lady continue to sleep with the gentleman, or the lady is free to walk out of that accommodation.
