EP192: Best of HTIH: Noticing

This episode is a re-introduction of a favorite episode of mine that goes more into our own minds rather than just horse training techniques, but I promise, what is in this episode will be a HUGE help to your horsemanship. It talks about what we notice, how our neurology works against us noticing everything we can notice, and it will give ideas for how to notice more of what we need to notice in order to improve. Thanks, Karen, I thought it was just me when my mind told me what I saw instead of my eyes telling me what I saw. Gets scary when Traffic lights are involved and frustrating when you get to work an hour early because you perceive the clock as saying it is 3:00 am and time to get up, instead of the real-time of 2:00 am and you have another hour to snooze.
