We used to have this toy.. An uncle of mine who worked as a seaman gave this toy to my older brother back in the 80's when he bought one in Japan.. I was born in the late 80's and I still remember olaying with it back in the 90's.. Sadly, some of its part got lost when I once took it to school (I know, kid's stupidity) and the rest just deteriorated in time (it was not well taken care of 😭) Never did I knew it would be soooo expensive on day hahaha 😂

The brand new die cast here in the Philippines was around P50k at the Mall. When my mom bought that somewhere in the 80s, the complete set was at P1,500 based on the Duty Free Price. I swap that for several die cast Transformer Figures. Nice reminiscing.

welcome to the club. mahina talaga support ng yellow belt buckle at madalas yan ang sira kasi naiipit sa front wheels ng frigate pero alam ng seller yung issue kasi dinikit na lang yugn plastic without the metal part. . mabuti na lang na check mo ng maaga. congrats kasi mura na yan compared dito sa pinas ay medyo doubled pa price nya

1977 is Yellow Joints, while Red joints is 1982. When I was young, I do have Godaikin Voltes V 1982 while my Uncle got Yellow Joints 1977. Now, I am more than 40yrs old still a collector. I do have the Vv Soc line up and of course the Vv Ex 2020. Still planning to buy the Godaikin 1977 which is P350,000 complete set Mint In Box
