Have you even watched the series?...Yuan Qi also always believed Yin but he is a true God and there are things that are out of his control,he needs to be fair and do somethings against his will.Other immortals in there are instigating that Yin should be punished with thunder but he lessened the punishment by freezing her immortal bones and he didn't think much about it because he thought that the Soul nourishing elixir is still in Yin's body.Yin also set a barrier that's why Yuan Qi didn't hear Yan Shuang saying that Yin's internal core is damaged already,it was already too late when Yuan Qi finally heard Yan Shuang.He tried to stop the spirit sword but it's too late.

Oh for God's sake! Yuan Qi is weak and useless when it comes to love. What use is godship if you can't protect your loved ones. She shouldn't have forgiven him. He deserved to be abandoned after what he did.

I pity Yuan Qi though he deserves his karma. Even though Yuan Qi didn't mean to kill Ayin, he allowed other people to use him to do it. He meant it as a delay tactic, but essentially, he became a doormat to the people who wanted him to kill Ayin. Being tactful versus weak are not the same thing. He could've checked before such a serious action. He didn't because he thought he would be right without checking. Right before he destroyed Ayin, Yuan Qi admitted this to himself. Clear in the novel, not so clear in the show. After unsealing his god powers/identity, apparently Yuan Qi became smart and powerful. Sadly (maybe he wasn't used to suddenly that much power), he became arrogant as a result. He chose to say nothing and keep everything to himself, even knowing otherwise. Because he thought he had a handle on everything. Turns out he didn't. And the love of his life paid as a result. I check before I send emails. I think it's a good idea to check before you slam a soul killing sword into the love of your life. But the greatest heroes start from the very bottom, through lots of soul-wrenching wrong. Lots of sacrifice doesn't justify anyone to love you back. But Yuan Qi is lucky because Ayin/Feng Yin ultimately loves him unconditionally. I imagine it is unconditional love considering the guy destroyed you twice. A rather roundabout way to realise love.

If you watched the series then you should know that Yuan Qi never had the intention to kill Yin,he was just punishing her to silence other immortals present in there and to stop them from bullying and eyeing Yin.He didn't know that Yin's internal core was already damaged by Hua Shu and he thought that she will be safe because the Soul Nourishing Elixir is still in her body.It's just full of misunderstandings but you can't be blaming him.And he didn't get used,he said that Yin will go to Qingchi(not sure about the name) palace and not be punished by the thunder because she will die but it was Yin who insisted to be punished.

I'm sooooo mad at Yuan Qi in this scene, A Yin told him so many times and he didn't even budge to check the facts first. Like I know he is trying to appease the situation but didn't calculate how Hua Shu and the rest of the clan want A Yin dead! I can understand his position and he is trying to protect A Yin while appeasing public outrage against A Yin, but at what price? She is dead by his own hands. But no matter, he learnt his lesson later on. And try to be better God than before

My eyes are swollen crying from this episode.I know it's just a series but my heart is hurting a lot.The misunderstandings between them are never ending and it's just causing more pain and wasting of their time.The Peacock clan is too annoying,they're the real demons,No wonder Hua Shu is such bad person,she got it from her father,even her brother and maid are bad people.The peacock clan are the real villains in this series.They instigate people to do bad things,scheme,lie,pretend and worst is that they're too greedy.They're willing to sacrifice their fellow immortals for more power,disguting.

This Yuan Qi is really useless... useless... This Series is a total waste of time. This kid did not live up to his parents overwhelming sense of justice and of foreseeing things. His mother gave her life for the entire realm once... His father did the same after bringing HER back and teaching HIM some of the most valuable lessons for life 100 years long... before restoring the God's realm and dissolving completely the Chaos tribulation, so that Yuan Qi and his mother would never have to sacrifice himself/herself to it ever again... and all that: What for...??? For THIS....?? 🥺😳 His father the True God of Fire Bai Jue was able to foreseen and plan things over thousand years in advance... spearing as much people as possible in the process, and saving all those close to him, for the greatest cause... but this sacrifice HERE is way too cruel to be honestly be consider part of a universal strategy by Yuan Qi. Here he just gave up completely using his own authority and did not bring justice the way it should have been done. Terrible... terrible... 🤢🤮 His father most be truly heart broken seeing this... and his mother could tell him the same words she used to MU GUANG in her last scene in "Ancient Love Poetry" Episode 47: "太令我们失望了 - Tài lìng wǒmen shīwàngle = You really disappointed all of us ." 😒 But all this should be said to the script writer and the director actually... for creating such a poor concept and main character for this Series: "太令我们失望了 - Tài lìng wǒmen shīwàngle = You really disappointed all of us ." 😒 Cheers...!
