Not everything is a profitable home run but, hey, Karen now has a winter month project that will shine and be repurposed when she is done. Can't wait to see it completed. I was thinking that she should have been looking for a full sized casket to store all of the jewelry she's carried home. :-) I wish Gary well in his new location.

Fyi 3 yrs later!!! In tulsa Oklahoma teacups are rare. I have plenty of saucers but the pretty, old teacups r few n far between. Emily still binge watching. Im finally coming across a few ive already seen!! Rock on!!

Karen Van Briggle pottery is from my hometown.... Colorado Springs Colorado. Artmus Van Briggle came to Colorado Springs in 1899. They closed the studio down in 2012. I'll attach links here in the comments. One link is for pricing and value of Van Briggle Pottery.

linda salway spent time in your city (Col. Springs) years ago. Went to Van Briggle and Pike’s Peak. There in March and it snowed for us. 5 days not long enough to learn to breathe that air. Beautiful!

This place is huge. I like the fact it has so many different rooms like the clock/phone room pottery room etc etc. Love the old stove only seen them in films. Thanx R&K for the look around very interesting

I was drooling over the old pottery crocks and the fast glimpse of the cast iron, both things you guys never look at because you don't collect them. Does Gary have any old turn-of-the-century metal pincushions in animal form? I collect those, too... In the glass case on the counter where you paid for the box...

LOL That's the way it was we had to start a fire first than we could cook lol but that was sometime our heat to warm up the rooms .and we had a pump to get our water those were the days. Easy days but hard in other ways . ❤️
