EP29: Punggol restricted area and illegal gills net

Punggol is a great place to fish. Unfortunately, when they started building HDB flats, the waters by the shore started getting dirty. The waters are plagued with illegal gill nets also... Snagged onto them so many times. Where do you store your kayak in Punggol? Or, is that an inflatable?

Anyway, gill nets are not illegal in sgp and Asia waters. FYI A small percentage of the fishes you buy from markets and supermarkets are locally caught by gill nets, long lines, traps, or some other form of fishing by our local fisherman that still catches fish to sell them as a living. You just don't really see them, but they are still around.
