This is how our ancestors lived, way way before the muzungu came, & didn't find it a challenge at all. It is called culture or rather civilization for a better word.

Are u the only one fetching water from that far. You would have asked the natives to take u to their springs rather than a borehole. With that green vegetation around u, it shows that there is plenty of water around there
@thelife-gz4uz
@thelife-gz4uz Жыл бұрын
@segustus, that's actually the closest place to fetch water. I know Lillian and the area of Luweero well including Kasala where she lives. Only the bore hole. It would be great if there was more water around which wasnt so far for her to walk each morning.

I think she is carrying what she can. Being brought up in the West. However she is also doing good work editing, narrating and providing soundtracks for these videos.

@@scathatch the 20litter jerrican isn't a joke especially after the water by yourself. Really needs lots of energy. Proud of the African woman

Oh I'm not strong enough, I tried but couldn't walk very far, am not used to it. I do use bore hole water myself but I have to stop every 1 meter for a break when it's just me carrying it! Certainly cant carry it on the head like the incredible Lillian! She's so strong, even the other Ugandan sister couldnt carry it either!
