It’s not even a sad ending. It’s neither sad nor happy. It’s just a drama story left untold. It’s simply a cliffhanger which needs to have season 2. I’d rather be happy or sad than feel unsatisfied. This drama needs a closure.

The main character was a petty self righteous villain.. but go figure chinese drama people like those kind of characters. Demon lord son was a far better person
