Even if there was no kiss scene, their interactions and how they looked at each other was more than enough. Also, I could be wrong, but in Fu Zhou story, they were the second lead, that could explain why the other two had more kiss scenes. :) Which I also love Mu Yao and Liu Fuyi. Overall, best CDRAMA and the ending was beautiful. More projects together please!!! Thank you for a beautiful and amazing drama.

Watch “Love Between Fairy and Devil”, it’s by the same production company and same actress. It’s even better than this drama. That one was probably the most watched Chinese fantasy drama of all time. Love Game in a Eastern Fantasy is Esther Yu’s second attempt at China fantasy drama.

He had severe illness requiring an operation. He nearly died in the operation and when his heart stopped, that resembles the ending of the world in his story book. That was when Fu Zhou went into the story book with Miao miao as Zi qi. But he survived the operation in the end, hence Zi Qi return to the real world as Fu Zhou

ok so i absolutely love Ding Yuxi i think he’s becoming quite the lovable actor …Esther Yu as well ..loved them both in moonlight … but i’m afraid the romance between them was pretty much none existence in this drama the chemistry was ok but they really just seemed like best friends …hence no kiss scene ..i thought they made Esther’s character a bit childish.. which was very cute in LBFAD but not so much in this drama ..good drama tho … and great acting from everyone..but a lackluster ending … sorry …
