Did the thief on the cross have a heart change? He never made a profession of faith and wasn't baptized

So… you’re saying his experience on the cross with Jesus didn’t illicit a change? I think that’s assumptive. We can better assess from the entirety of Jesus’s teachings that it’s not just mouthing words. It takes genuine change. I’m inclined to argue that the thief did have a change of heart while on the cross. Christ does not contradict himself. We, obviously, can’t see into the soul of the thief. But Jesus could and did.
