This is Episode 39 that demonstrates how to create a custom Elevation Mark Family. To customize an elevation mark, we must first create Elevation Mark Body and then Elevation Mark Pointer. The video shows how to create these families, combine them and load them into the project to create an Elevation Tag.

Greetings ma'am Can you tell me, will there be any issue if we make the elevation mark (arrow) from the center line of the intersection of the ref. plans? eg.: 10mm -> 5mm from left side and 5mm on the other side......?

sure, you can do that. make sure when you place the pointer (arrow) into the mark, it is correctly placed in the location.
