Stunning looking guitar mate! Though when you cut up that Pink Floyd record ... 😱😖😡 Nah, but seriously that guitar is soooo pretty. Question, did you use 2000 grit sandpaper to apply the tru oil? I’m thinking about using that on a tele/accoustasonic build, though I’m still working out the details of shielding the electronics & things like that.

Thanks for the feedback, Maarten! I can’t remember the exact grit, but yes, it was something around 2/3000. Acoustasonic sounds like an awesome build, would love to see the results!

All finished does the guitar feel like fabric? or soft at all?

No not at all. There is a lot of polished sealer on top, so it’s pretty hard.
