You arrived bhowali at the perfect time possible , 1 day before snowfall. Now there is 4-5 hour traffic here in Kathgodam to Nainital Route since yesterday. I tried to go to nainital yesterday but had to take U turn because of the huge Jam and even today Same traffic jam was there so I went from Kaladhungi to Nainital route which surprisingly had moderate traffic. A little slush of snow on road started from 10 km above the kaladhungi area but it was manageable.

I am fortunate enuf to see snow fall multiple times in my life as my village is in very high altitude in Uttrakhand but I know people who have been to hill station n number of times in search of snow fall but they never got it. You people are really really lucky to see snowfall on your first week that too from comfort of your home, look like bhagwan jagah nath has decided to shower a lil bit of blessings to your family, a lot more to come .
