While the battles in slime are awesome these are the parts I love the most the interactions between different characters, like with guy and sylvia, kagali and the rest of the demon lords, rimuru slipping up as always all these characters have great chemistry with eachother and the author definetly has an ability make intresting talk sessions

I completely agree. This novel does indeed have a lot of meetings, but each one actually has its funny moments. The key is how to present these interesting parts and make the boring meetings entertaining. I think the anime could focus on designing this aspect more carefully.

@@lighteningball I've not read the light novel yet (except watching videos such as yours) but I always wanted to believe that between the time Rimuru and Ciel took to return to the main world after his banishment to outer world's space (turn null), he took the time to master literally every skill, every martial arts, develop his talking skills instead of constantly being "childish"/ on the losing end in arguments, got better in lying, while Ciel upgraded, optimized and maintained all his skills. Rimuru should also have used this time to get more "intimate" with Ciel (like really having a heart to heart, instead of Ciel constantly having to "hide" info from him, especially about other girls, etc...) This is for WN though. I think it was a missed opportunity from the other to use this time interval more wisely for Rimuru (I think only Ciel was actually doing work during that time IIRC). Idk how LN went with it, but I hope author used the time wisely. Because Rimuru had "time and space warping" or something, so coming from beyond the edge of the universe/main world domain to the said main world, he should have done everything he could before returning at that moment and space from where he vanished. Just some rumblings... Thanks for reading.

@@uz.f1746 The light novel's version of this part is very similar to the web novel. In the latest Volume 21, the difference lies in the timing of events happening much earlier. In the web novel, this part takes place during the final battle, but in the light novel, at this stage, Ivarage hasn't arrived in the central world yet, and Feldway is still strong. So, I anticipate that Rimuru's personality will continue to grow in the upcoming battles. In the part concerning the world's end, Ciel still gains unlimited energy, and Rimuru wakes up and decides to travel through time and space to save his companions. Let's see how the next volume describes it, but the storyline has already diverged significantly from the web novel.

No one really knows Rimuru's actual situation. However, from his state, someone as strong as Guy could definitely sense something unusual; at the very least, they could feel that Rimuru was an equal being. But everyone was very tolerant of Rimuru and didn’t insist on asking, and Rimuru certainly wouldn't say anything either.

Around episode 50, Yuuki decides to ally with Rimuru to fight against Rudra. Kagali, as the vice, follows Yuuki's plan and carries it out. Later, Kagali also discovers that Jahil was the mastermind behind everything. Given that she was a kind person before becoming Kazalim, and that Rimuru is incredibly powerful, Kagali no longer wants to be Rimuru's enemy at all.

I mean it’s fairly well paced and adapting each episode with a manga chapter 1 to 1 but even if we ignore the manga and only look at the light novel they have done a good job of fleshing out everything and not rushing things, it may be slow at times but pretty well paced overall
