It won't take 30 mins. It takes 30 mins for the site survey. It will probably take another hour to calculate and produce the report

EPC is complete nonsense. Keyboard warriors tick-box exercise.. Just finished 6 flats (commercial conversion) and got E ratings as we installed electric boilers. HEM will be more of the same.

EPC are complete rubbish - our assessor insisted we had 100mm of celotex as that was the building regulation at the time - we gave 300mm.. Nothing would change his opinion drawings, pictures pure BS
