What most people don't realize is that there is a 3d verse to they're theme song that goes something like this: "2 Banana, 4 banana, 1 banana, 3 Swinging like a bunch of monkeys hanging from a tree Hey there everybody won't you come along & see How much like Banana Splits everyone can be" I'm just shocked that they didn't include those lyrics in this remake, I mean they let 'Liz Phair & Material Issue' use it in the 1995 'Saturday Morning Cartoons' Greatest Hits' remix project after all.

@@Webb_Studios So the film is called "The Banana Splits Tour". 48 years after the original show was canceled, the splits have spent that time working as tour guides at the amusement park they hung out at. Although he's happy to still be with his long time buddies, Fleegle still wishes to relive the glory days when they were a popular Saturday morning band from the late 60's/early 70's. However seeing as how its approaching their 50th anniversary, Fleegle sees this as an opportunity to do just that. After a bit of back and fourth with the higher ups at the park, as well as convincing Bingo, Drooper and Snorky to come along for the ride, they finally get the chance to temporally come outta retirement. Although Bingo and especially Drooper are hesitant as they know they haven't had a Saturday morning gig in 48 years so they might be a bit rusty, Snorky is super excited to join, and eventually Drooper and Bingo can't resist the chance of a lifetime. So with their bags packed, the instruments ready to go, and their Banana Buggy revved up, the Banana Spits are off to see America on their 50th anniversary cross country tour.
