EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival 2024 | BEST Opening Day Eats, Topiaries, and Merch!

Today, I attended the opening day of the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. This festival runs from February 28- May 27, 2024. This is actually shorter than usual, as it typically runs into the summer.
I had big dreams of trying several dishes, but my first 2 were so hearty that they filled me up! I was only able to get around to 3 dishes and 2 drinks, but I will be back with Matthew at a later date to try some more food! I had the veal loin and risotto from Farmers Feast, the scallops with potatoes and green beans from Northern Bloom, and the iconic frushi from Hanami. I also tried the Blackberry Sparkling Wine from Northern Bloom and the Ichigo Breeze Cocktail from Hanami. Everything was actually pretty good, but the veal loin and risotto was my favorite dish, and the blackberry wine was my favorite beverage from what I tried.
I was also able to check out a handful of the topiaries and gardens. Groot of course made my day! He even had a playlist and you could hear his music every so often! The merch was very cute as well.
