EPCOT Summer 2023! So Many NEW Things! New Food, Drinks, Passholder Space, Merch & Decor & MORE!

Join us for a beautiful summer day at EPCOT as we check out what's new for June 2023! We explore the new V.I.Passholder offerings like the special passholder space in Sunshine Seasons, the new Figment desserts like the grape shake and the fruity tart, plus some new tasty slushies from the newly reopened Refreshment Station, with a build your own slushie station - where I tried a banana fanta slushie, and Sam tried a coke slushie with candy toppings! We also ate at Connections Eatery, and I tried a very tasty and filling salad, and Sam had a burger. We also checked out the view of World Showcase Lagoon with now all the barges gone, and a totally clear view, new decorations and merchandise all over the park for summer, Pride month, Pixar celebrations, and so much more! Summer is here and lots of new things are happening at Walt Disney World, I also share some of my summer tips for Florida! I appreciate Disney doing this, honestly its very nice and cool getting some passholder perks like what Universal does. It shows that they care. And as a business standpoint I think it will bring more people into joining the passholder family, well thats if Disney doesn't stop selling them.

The land pavillion is one of my favorite places to eat at because Soarin and living with the land is right there after you eat lunch the weather can also be hit or miss but it clears out the park sometimes.

We had a placeholder lounge years ago over the land .The elevator took us up. Characters came in and played with our grandsons. Over the years we took them to the parks many times. The lounge with the characters is their favorite memory

Disney had a early screening of guardians 3 at the theater in disney springs for epcot cast members and they also gave us Zarg nuts so i’m guessing they had plenty leftover ☺️

We know you love your little plaid bag, as someone who has spent an embarrassing amount of time looking got a comfortable, slightly bigger than Loungefly bags but smaller than a regular backpack, I reccomend Lug's Hopper backpack. Tons of videos on it here. If you peck around you can find them incredibly responsibly priced as well. Hope this helps!

I got the figment golden 50th fig for our collection when we were there in May.. Ready for a return in Sept, getting on the Wish to round out our Grand Slam Royal Flush to meet the goal of being on every DCL Ship at least once... I'm pretty excited about that goal.. Loved you vlog. I do have to call out the passholder lounge, however. It looked rather simple and not something special. I know it’s a temporary area for passholders, but still, Disney could have used the world showcase, for instance, and decked it out with figment, treats, etc. I dunno, the space felt rushed and not really well thought out. Nevertheless, I do enjoy your positivity and good vibes. 😊

Hi, this was a enthusiastic great time. It's good that Disney shows a little appreciation to the Anual Passholders. Figment is adorable, love that silly Purple Dragon😊 I always wished that Disney company would make a Cartoon full lingth movie with Figment as the star. I would die if Disney had a pass holder lounge that was actually secluded like you mentioned. The area above Garden Grill was previously a pass holder lounge but now holds a cast member breakroom/training of sorts.

Jackie, first of all, Yay! I see that Sam is a lefty, so am I. Second, I had that same chicken salad at Connections Cafe as you did. It was good, but let me share something. I had eaten most of my salad but as I got closer to the end where it was mostly the greens, there was some grit/dirt granules in it. I don't think the greens were washed for a final rinsing before they were served. I told the manager and he offered to give me an entirely new meal, but I was full and I declined. I told him that I was not complaining nut only informing to make him aware of it. I also used to work in the restaurant business and I know how mistakes and oversights can happen. I didn't take anything in compensation for the gritty stuff, because I did eat almost all of it before I got the grit in my mouth. It's unfortunate that some people would demand a refund and some sort of compensation for their bad meal. I'm not like that. I merely inform so things can be improved for the next guest.

Oh, Jackie, if it were only time, that was the issue if I was able to come to this festival because I work from home, so I really can just take my work with me wherever I go, but it’s money that’s the issue.
