Sir, i m getting error in pf portal while aprroving kyc dsc , No certificates found on current stores epfo

Probably your digital signature is not getting detected by your computer. If you have already installed the software of your dsc uninstall it and then reinstall again and check from that software that whether the dsc is showing there or not.

The process is same; remove that certificate and it will let you sign kyc with your dsc

If you are using windows 10….. Go to control panel and search for internet options

Thanks for mentioning the error message.......... I also faced the same error..........but remained unable to resolve it on my own PC and Laptop............ That particular dsc was of "Pentasign"............. at last i tried on a different PC and it ran smoothly without the error you have mentioned. So please try to use your dsc on any other PC and I hope it will work

epf senior officer said me that your dsc is revoke i think they always tried to fool you i visit 3 times for same work and every time they said new problem they not update you in signle visit

Please verify whether you are removing the correct certificate from your dsc token or not........... once you remove the certificate intended to encrypt file....it will not show the same error...........but let me tell you that every time you attach your dsc token to your computer system...you will have to follow the steps mentioned in the video for removing the certificate..........else the error will keep repeating.
