When I listen to this, I go back to my childhood to this one moment. It is warm summer afternoon, school just ended. I climb on a tree near forrest where I have a hidden spot for playing. It is comfortable to lay there. I look up at the blue sky visible through the leaves and watch them shimering in the sunlight and listen to the sound they make in the soft warm breeze. I also hear church bells in a distance, birds chirping and grasshoppers in the fields. I lay there for a long while. Somehow this is the one moment in my life I remember as being truly alive, calm and in peace, without any worry, need or pain. Like a heaven.

I used to do the same thing during the winter time in the swamp that was in my backyard. The winter was a dry time so the little waterways would dry up and basically turn into these little trails you could follow. There was an arcing tree I could climb and lay on if I was real still. I’d stay there until my brother would come get me for dinner. Good times

To increase enjoyment, put on a fan while playing this. If you can find a quality candle/essential oil burner with an odor that makes you feel like you are outdoors, that is nice too. I'll do that sometimes when I really need some "outdoors" refreshment and I just can't "get there". I have a few candles that have "campfire" scents and I put them on when I play campfire videos, that works nice. Not everyone can live where they wish to.

@@7n154When I newly turned 13 years old during 2020, around september me and My family moved to a different stranger state which was the birth place of my parents but new to me, we lived on the 1st floor on which we newly had built a home in, When I first sat in my room the first thing I noticed was how the sky and the few trees around the neighborhood look like because I never had really got a chance to look at them so well from a mid floor room and so I really started to like the scenery and that one tree on the north eastern side and it was the first ever tree I truly felt so mesmerized with. I treated it like a best friend to ever exist for the tough few years each day and even gave it a name, I loved wishing it Good morning, Good night and talked to from my window, even though the tree was probably 10-15 metres further apart from my room it was just so huge and in a really beautiful shape. The greenyness during Rainy season, the blooming beautiful red flowers during Jan - March and even the no leaf part during winter it never seemed to make me sad. I'm 15 years old now, just a few days ago I saw that exact old beautiful tree get cutoff ruthlessly cuz of some guy who bought the landto build a house or something on which that tree and it's beautiful sweet neighbour trees were during 25th feb (they all got cut off.) I'm here for the ambience although hearing it makes me cry it literally reminds me of that tree. It was truly the best tree I ever got lucky to spend my time with, (it's called "Bombax Ceiba" btw.) I'm forever devastated and I won't ever be satisfied again until I plant that exact kind of tree in the near future again with the other trees. I really wished for a better world with trees and animals around with all the greenyness possible with less habitable humans around to disturb it's beauty, but it will be costy.

Will probably become my favorite video ! Studying for college is super stressful but somehow this video makes me so relaxed and peaceful. Music, instruments, and unnatural sounds keep you from falling asleep, that's why a fan works better than the sound of a fan through a speaker. Glad i found this, till now i'm always hearing this with headphones on and lock myself in my room while my family had some "thing" to settle. It's just perfect, especially when things getting out of control and the sound of the wind just getting louder. It's like the wind trying to tell you something like "shhh... ignore all the things around you,and hear me instead" Happy day for me..😊

I don’t even like ASMR, the sounds trigger me actually via misophonia but his videos like this one help me through my life to sleep being an insomniac with PTSD. Listening to it since 2016 every night to sleep. It’s heaven to my ears, mind, body and family. Many thanks!

Had a couple hours with my ex (while we were still together) laying by a pond with her head on my chest and in my arms and there were woods near us and you could hear the wind blowing in them and the sky was grey as it was a little on and off sprinkle. Really want to do that again.

For the past year or so, I have fallen asleep listening to this literally every night. Sometimes, I listen to it during the day too (when I do household chores for example). I'm not even kidding: this video has become an important part of my life. I'm so grateful for it! I have loved the sound (and feeling) of a windy forest for as long as I can remember, and I feel like this is more or less as close to the real thing as a video can get.

Let's not forget the shining cameo appearance of the Sun! Partially eclipsed by the somewhat wooden performance of the trees, but her burning energy banishes them to the shadows. She just brightens up the whole thing with her lightness of being. What a star! 🌞

ASMR Music My favorite nature sounds are the sounds of forests: wind; rustling leaves; twigs, branches, and gravel cracking underfoot.

I miss our province. I remember lying on the small hill at the backyard of my grandparents. I used to look up at the skies, entertain myself with thr clouds passing by. Sometimes I close my eyes and recollect my thoughts. It feels soo nostalgic. I miss it so much... I would like to be there after this Pandemic.

Ahh, finally a relaxing sound video that is actually relaxing. I checked out some other allegedly relaxing nature sound videos - water, rain, wind, even other leaves videos, and they're just too intense, like, if I had to sleep with that going on irl I'd use earplugs :D. I'm not even talking about those binaural instrumentals, those sound like tension incarnate :D.
