Thank you for your teaching Pastor Paul! I have a home church but I love to listen to your sermons for deeper understanding/clarification as I go through the Bible on my own. I battle constantly back and forth with believing yes I’m saved, but that I have to walk on eggshells so God isn’t mad at me. It’s a miserable way to live, and even though I know that, the battle to rest in the finished work of Christ is still there. Thank you for being a part of my spiritual growth even though you don’t know it!

I am from Uganda in Africa. Recently I was passing through hardship financially and I went to my pastor I asked him why am passing trouble after trouble and he told me to go and ready Ephesians very well and when I called him to tell him to tell him that I am done reading it he told me it's well and wen I told him it's not well he told me to read it again I got so irritated and I decided to go to u tube and I typed in how to understand Ephesians and boom Calvary chapter 😊 am glad to hear from you now I have peace be blessed

Genuine faith is assumed by Paul that's why he writes in the next verse that truly saved repented believers are expected to produce the fruit of salvation. God prepared them from the beginning for the saved members. Though our salvation is not based on works, God expects us to work for his purpose on earth to prevail and he rewards it as promised in Rev 22:12
