Watch out for the [kids] individuals who walk up and down that stretch of road in Binondo looking to target tourists. You can see them clearly in your clip [14:20 - 14:30]. They will take your belongings. They will pursue you throughout that area, even if you spot them. Trust me, be aware. I observed them during the Chinese NY celebrations. Don't assume you're safe.
