If you ever want to do a 'How low can you go' version of this, it's logical to give Tig the longest hole, since he can launch it the furthest, and give Stephen the shortest, since he excels at putting more than actually getting it there. Of course, it depends on the team. If Kyle is with you, Tig could be demoted to second longest hole, etc.
