We take the Vw Polo on the longest road trip that its ever been on. 1700 Km of driving in just one day, the journey took us 18 hours to complete with 2 drivers. I want to do a road to Capetown from Durban but I'm scared. What if I break down 😭. Can I ask how much of fuel did it cost to guys in total and did U pass toll gets. Await your response 🙂

Hi Franklin I would advise you to to break the journey over two days. It's always safer to drive only during the day so stop in Bloemfontein and stay the night and get a early start the next day to Cape Town. We have done the journey with a few cars now.Make sure to check out the other road trip with my BMW E46 (It broke) but it took me home. Fuel with tolls can be around R5000 to go and come back. The polo took less than that but R5000 is a safe number.

Crazy People hi on the freeway keeping it steady at that rpm, you can get anything from 5.5 to 6 litres per 100 km Not sure whats that in km per litre😁 i will do a test one day on different cars to see what i actually get😌
