woop...woop!. My g'f who manages a Dollarama messaged me last night saying her store had the T.K. houses.. but only one style. I went today, and got the one that you showed first. I think it's totally adorable. I'm happy with one, as then I just end up with too much stuff.. and I'm trying to declutter my seasonal items. Thanks for the heads up on them, as I just don't go into the stores much anymore. However, saying that.. I will go and take a peek at our new Home Sense this week. 💗

WOW, I have been wanting to go to Dollarama and I guess that means I gotta do that in the next day or two here...depending on sales and pain level. Love those Thomas K. houses! I have some Dept 56 houses my mom no longer wanted and gave to me, but dang I want these too! Definitely going to be on the hunt for those. 💖 Ooo, the vintage deer...I love it! 💖 The new white trees are gorgeous and the price...I am floored by as trees seem to be so expensive. I only realized a few days ago that I no longer have a tree as for the past few years I had sections of lights out on it and it was making me upset...so when I took it down, my 23 year old son and I took the lights off and then I put the tree back in the box and out to trash it went. Not sure why my son wanted the lights, but hey whatever floats your boat. 😉 At least my tree was about 15 years old, so no complaints on that and it was an after Christmas special $180 at Michaels, but 90% off, so like $20! 🤩 About Matthew Perry, yes very, very sad and devastating news. So many people I love and adore have passed and it is always so sad. I could not bring myself to watch Robin Williams or Patrick Swayze for awhile when I heard they passed and honestly I still get teary eyed watching movies with them. I am sure in time I will watch anything and everything Matthew Perry was in, I just can not bring myself to do so now without winding up a puddle. 💔 Big Hugs to you all, Cas in ON, Canada 💖

The Thomas Kinkade houses are so sweet. The first time I used my wood burning kit, I was saying to my g'f.. something's burning! I was wearing a loose flowy kind of top, and the sleeves were billowy, and I didn't realize that when I reached across for something, my sleeve touched the hot tip of the burner. LOVE the red house window clings. That is def what I will get to place on the inside of my china cabinet and use as a backdrop for when I set up my red ceramic houses in the cabinet. We finally have a Home Sense in town!. Will be checking that out too. The red houses from Walmart are similar to what we got at Costco last year. As always, I loved this... and the way you describe everything is a bonus! tfs.. 💗🎅

Hey my friend! Sorry for the late reply! I had a chuckle about your wood burning story!😉 I got a lot of use from the red houses this year, decorated with some here at home and the rest went to my office! I wonder if Costco is selling them again this year? I don’t get there very often which is probably a good thing! 😜 I’m excited to hear you now have a HomeSense nearby! My advice is set a limit and stay within it! 🤣🤣🤣 I have a very hard time containing myself in that place! Megan was thinking about getting a job there because employees get a discount, I’m actually glad she didn’t because that would have been very dangerous for us both! 😜 Hope all is well with you and the family! Awwww thanks Cheryl! I keep my skin routine very simple, remove my make up with astringent every night, and I use Oil of Olay facial moisturizer with SPF 15 under my make up every day! I have very fair skin so I am pretty careful not to overdo it in the sun! Cheers! ❤️

Love everything you hauled today, and those white trees are beautiful! Have started doing my decorating a little bit everyday as I am a senior and somtimes my energy isn't what it used to be. But I am like you I just adore putting my things out and then quietly sitting in the evening and enjoying them. I love Christmas!

That kitchen tool you used on a pumpkin is what I always called a Pear Corer. The fat end scoops out the pear center (after you cut pear in half) And the small end is to scoop out from the center to the stem. 😊

What a great, fun haul!!! I thought of you when I bought a gnome from Ross. He is red and white and his legs grow to 4 feet or down to 2-1/2’. Just pull up and he’s tall. Press down and he’s short. Had to buy. They only had one. Wish I could send a photo.
