How about a video about decorating a phonecase with your charms? This way you can use more and you wouldn't worry about "wasting" them. Or doing some keyring charms, lipstick case, etc. This way you could be doing "nail stuff" but wouldn't have to change your nails often. And you could also use some nail products that maybe don't work great on your nails, but you don't want to throw them away. Maybe even some jewellery?

I've been using Temu for my nail supplies for some time & so far $1000's later, they do not disappoint. The only issue I've had is with gel leaking out of one container after I opened it & resealed it, but that may have been a me issue😊
