I think taking a quick line out after a 50:22 is unfair for the defending team

If I remember rightly, Nigel Owens explained on one of his vids that the ball must bounce inside the 22, which means that Ramos’ 50:22 at around 2:56 shouldn’t have been awarded. Seen quite a few like that this year, even at the elite level. So is it correct?

That's incorrect from Owens. It has to bounce, it doesn't matter where, providing it's kicks from inside your own half and goes out into the 22. It does not have to bounce in the 22, it can bounce anywhere.

If you are in possession of the ball behind the 50 meter line, and kick a bouncing ball into touch beyond the opposition 22 meter line, you receive the line-out from where it went into touch, thus the name 50-22.
