I can hear the tragic but epic story play out, the fear and sadness at the decision to become a killer but the determination to not die and see the light at the end, to see this self imposed mission through. Amazing as always, this is one of those times the music tells the story first despite not knowing the details.

Really love the amount of detail and expression brought out in this music, the variety in progressions and flow as well is exceptional, probably the most advanced I've heard for the level of detailing present that works in harmony. The symphonies are sensational as well, definitely a masterpiece.

This is the music that plays after the hero/heroine was left for dead in the snow. After they wake up from bloody unconsciousness, after they bury their dead loved ones, they realize it's only a matter of time before the evil lord realizes he left someone alive. Then the hero/heroine tears off a piece of bloody cloth from one of his loved one's clothes and ties it to his wrist as a reminder. With the memories of their previous life still replaying on a loop in their mind, they march off to the lord's castle, iron clad in their quest for terrible vengeance...
