@MoIds0 this is absolutely possible on official, probably not in the same spot as I built it as I think it won't allow it because of the explorer note nearby.. you can adapt this to absolutely anywhere 👍👍

It helps if you show the building footprint before you start the build guide. Nobody knows where to center the initial steps and will probably run out of flat space and have to tear it down and rebuild.

Great build, the castle looks fantastic! Part of me wants to replicate it, but it's gonna take ages to gather all the stone so I might skip haha. I also have another suggestion. Well the beauty of this is you could literally just do the main tower and leave the rest of it and then come back to it and do a second tower etc, but yeah it is a lot of stone XD, I've never tried to do a catherdral so that could be fun! Belgium, so awesome :D, thanks for watching!

Its pretty hard on official the biggest problem was the clipping especially the floors clipping and the tower clipping. for future builds try to not clipping much for official ppl thankyou, very nice base u can see in my server on official if you want. Try my best to improvise the clippings hahah

Yeah it's not something I was aware of at the time 😬😬, clipping not being allowed on official. I think the best thing is to leave out the little tower and side tower thats stuck to the main tower, then you should be good, or like you said, you'll need to improvise XD😆glad you made it! Thanks so much 😆😆, So to answer your questions, I play on PC but, that's not a console thing, that's a server thing, if you're playing on official it might not let u overlap some of the structures. Single player it should let u, and unofficial servers too. To change from blink setting I think it's either Y or a button on D pad, I can't recall 😬 have to look later when I'm on

I removed all mods and still get blue screened, the black globe pops up and right when screen goes black i get errored.

Yes that's correct, because it's using pillars it doesnt matter too much about the terrain, just make sure you go quite bit higher than I did to compensate for any bumpy terrain etc 😁@@acomment8333

No you cant clip ceilings or foundations together on official. p.s. Half way through i noticed i have to make it 2 pillars taller because I'm not building on a hill so the ground is pretty even and the front courtyard was already ground when i went down by 3.... So now I'm restarting the entire build. On the Brightside i still have all the structures so at least i don't have to go farming for more until i get back to where i am...

I'm doing this build right now! It's coming along quite nicely, however I cannot add a wall at 18.56 (the second wall up), it is obstructed by the main tower's wall - is this only bypassed by creative mode or by having "disable collisions" turned on? Playing on a non dedicated server with friends, not an admin so I can't get into creative mode myself.

But no, the gap is too glaring - either I have to take that tower out or build it in SP which is what I don't wanna do as I got this game specifically to play with friends lol. But first, collisions.

Hey, is it just the part with the main tower connecting to the smaller towers? I would forget about the smaller tower coming off it at the top and at the bottom, and you will still have an awesome castle XD

This is really hard to follow and of course one of my people on my unofficial server requested this for their admin build. 😢 I've made it an hour in and have to tear down everything to rebuild it again because the person wants it exactly like the video

Are you able to clip through structures on your unofficial server? If you can't then I'd enable that if you want it EXACTLY the same. You'll have to explain to whomever has requested it, it's really hard to create things 1:1 as depending on location it will be slightly different and that's okay! It will have it's own unique charm XD, the underneath bit depening on location is harder to create, just ensure you start off high enough.

@LolsAtLance I did try to just tweak it but they complained about it not being 1:1 lol BUTTTT the only thing that was saving me was thankfully they wanted it exactly where you put it on the map

@@sassymangle92 omg they sound fussy lmao🤣, chuffed they want you to build this but tell them the designer of the castle says it's almost impossible to do most builds 1:1 and all builds need some tweaking to work depending on where you put them. But sounds like you've managed to complete it now which is super impressive!, Did you manage to finish it?

That's awesome 😆😆 u may find that the little towers coming off the big tower are hard to put in due to no clipping on official, so you may have to leave those bits out. Or just have a few gaps in places 😬😬 hope it goes well! A few other people made it on official

A villan layer could be really fun.. omg like the batman layer.. I'd just need to find the perfect spot to do it where everyone can build on official as well. It would need to be in an open cave area if one even exists on the island
