I thought this was incredibly revealing. Andy's depth of character is astounding to me. Learning in front of a camera and appreciating the progress, and then calling it a day before you get so fatigued that you injure yourself. Also, JD so talented and patient and articulate. There is no pretense in that room whatsoever. Thanks for showing us what honest, genuine, intelligent people look like.

This is just great. Andy is such a patient, mindful, highly methodical dude, and JD is so smart and incredibly articulate. Moreso than most of the adults I know, and the kid is 11. And he's a genuinely great teacher! They are both super insightful/talented, and equally humble skaters. Such a breath of fresh air, and JD gives me hope for the younger generation. JD is gonna excel in literally anything he does because of you guys. Showing a kid of his age the respect and treating him like an equal is going to boost his self confidence and self esteem and is gonna make his life later on soo much easier. Hes gonna have communication skills and just an amazing sense of self worth. I love seeing people of all ages and races and background come together in the braille house and just everyone gets treated equally. The only thing that matters is skating and its something literally every person should strive to achieve! Love this channel and yall are the reason im continuing to skate and continuing to stay motivated!

Only if Andy starts crushing the competitive skate circuit. Theres been many unique and inspiring skaters over the years from Mullen, Daewon, Haslam, Mike V just to name a few that have had vary unique abstract approaches to skateboarding and they've all inspired countless skaters to emulate there styles but such high tech and highly creative skating is still looked at as a niche style/approach to skateboarding... although high tech skating is almost becoming its own skate discipline at this point thanks to guys like Shane O'neal pushing the limits. If Andy is able to make it pay off for him through competitions then others will follow suit but Nyjah and other street skaters aint gonna switch up there skate styles at all, as long as they remain at the top of professional rankings and feel unthreatened by Andy's presence in competitions but if Andy is able to climb the rankings and start to consistently pick up wins for his unique and versatile style of skating then we may see a major shift in skate culture. but as it is now, Nyjah is still king in the competition circuit and he dedicates all his time and focus to perfecting and advancing a single discipline of skateboarding... his street skating skills, as long as he keeps cashing those big cheques were not gonna see any major shift of pros actively working to become more well rounded and diverse in multiple skate disciplines... I mean, whats the point if the guy that dedicates all his time to a single skate discipline is still winning everything, it becomes a waste of time and potential to work on multiple skate disciplines rather then continue to perfect a single one, but if Andy can transform the competition circuit with his unique tricks and style then its just a matter of time before others begin to adapt his winning style.
