Ace Reaction, you say that as if it doesn’t make sense, but here’s how they do it: First, they balance the hero with the devs and play testers. Then they save those stats and put them aside. They then buff the hero up a bit to release to the public. People go into games and see how good the character is, (and since it’s only possible to buy them with ICE for the first week or two), people spend money to get the hero with ICE. SEMC then waits a month until they release the next hero to set the stats back to normal. Rinse and repeat. It’s stupid simple, and people fall for it. Sorry for ruining the game for you.

Any captain with cc like lance, cath, phinn, etc. Any decent cath can stun an anka as the team smashes her or she wastes ult escape. If you bring anka next to a team mate (after she dashes behind you) you can double team her if she isn't ahead. You can also hope for a 1v1 trade early to put anka behind later

You can make incredibly rediculous plays with Anka she is really good when it comes to damage but she has really obvious weaknesses her A skill can be used against her its basically and easy kill if you have a Saw and a lance on your side
