Hi Lewis, I will answer in tonight's chat for you so I can give you more context but for everyone's benefit I would definitely advise against it. There will be people who disagree but the carp have not reacted to it from what I have seen personally. Hope to see you on the bank mate!

Hi. When you were fishing here did you have trouble with crayfish? I haven't fished it for a long time because of that reason .

You know what mate it's far far better than it was. No issues in recent times on the Middle Pool but Dam Pool I did, it was quite bad. I believe however about 2 weeks before lockdown they did some work in lowering the water level to get rid of some silver fish and try and get rid of crays. They also last year had traps set up all round the lake, definitely think its helped.

Hi mate. Keep it simple on this one , a standard in line running lead, bottom boilie (pop ups dont seem to be as good on this one for me). If you only want Carp then 15mm boilie minimum, on this vlog I used a slightly chopped down 20mm. Liver or fishy boilie again works well. Anything else just ask 😊

Was there at weekend and only 3 fish out all lake all day very slow . But be back next weekend to.try again

Still sounds like it's waking up a little looking at the Facebook page catch reports. Another factor I think too is that it's been cold for some time as well so the water temperature is probably still cool. We have probably had one nice week of weather this year so far and hopefully it will pick up in the coming weeks.
