Epic Climb of Col de Joux Plane from Morzine

Join me on a fantastic climb of the legendary Col de Joux Plane from Morzine. This is the route that the Tour de France descended in 2023 - as Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogačar battled it out in the GC, Carlos Rodriguez stole a march on them both and took the win in Morzine.
This was a stunning ride with fantastic views as I made my made up this iconic mountain pass. Look out for my film of the Montee d'Avoriez, which I tackled later in the day - coming soon.

Nice video - I've climbed this route a few times and the first couple of KM are unbelievably steep!

They certainly are and I was struggling early on! I'm not sure how often this happens, but the road was closed to cars (it was a Sunday) and there were loads of cyclists on the climb. Made a huge difference.
