I’ve seen a few comments talking negatively about my dogfight skill. I just want to say that this video is not to show off my skill by any means. It is to inform and show how the new jet preforms. I am only decent at ground pvp.

To be honest, I really want a game mode added in the game which specifically replaces all explosive guns to typical machine guns to make dogfights last longer and more rewarding in the end. That way, it can actually help players create unique maneuvers that wouldn't be thought of otherwise due to the explosive mgs.

Nah, that'd be unrealistic far as jets go. Since the German Jünkers back in WWII and then from Vietnam on, all jet aircraft have had 20 to 30mm cannons/Gatling guns using explosive rounds. If you want basic machine guns only, Pyro, Starling and 1 or 2 other jets in GTA don't have ex-round guns. Use them.

Niceee! Fun dogfights are those when both players use same jets. Only in this cases we can talk about skills... When a player is using, lets say ... a Lazer and the other one comes with Starling its obvious that the second one need advantages to win. Even Himself doesnt trust his own skills. And he is looking to have jet advantages over his opponents. So who want to show to the others their skills, need to use same jets... or more bad ones. 😉

The Raiju is far from OP weapon wise. It's missiles have less tracking, and it's guns fire slower and are set further apart than both the Lazer and Hydra. A Lazer, in the hands if a skilled pilot, can still decently hold its own against the Raiju if the pilot is patient. But, for further context, for many years now, people have been using the Pyro and Starling to take down Lazers with great success and neither of those jets have exploding rounds at all; just regular machine guns. The Raiju is all about speed and pure agility to fight. It's far from an easy-mode jet. It still takes alot of skill to getta kill as the weapons are weaker.

@@philipboskos2374 Part of that is due to the fact that you're extremely experienced with the Lazer but you're fighting someone who is trying out a brand new jet. The Lazer and the F-160 have exactly the same weapons but the 160 is much faster and has VTOL. ..so I'd be interested to hear if your stats are the same in a month - when people are actually used to flying the 160 and it's a fair fight. Lol

Bmthe thing is that most players doesn't use the fly away with a faster jet and then fly towards the other jet and shot it down. Same with flying upband then down while firing.
