I love how he uses taunt when the Pokémon that’s against him is super effective. Also, he was correct when he said that he didn’t just lose to one Pokémon. He lost to two of them

To be fair, Vanilluxe as a whole _isn't_ super effective against Tapu Fini, just the move Freeze-Dry, which is probably the only move to look out for in that situation.

Easy to say in hindsight, but he needed a max air stream on zapdos so he at least had a small chance of going first the next turn instead of using an electric move that dragons are resistant to. There is like 50ish base speed difference, but that might've been enough to win if you didn't spec into speed all the way.
