Nothing in comp Smash pisses me off more than commentators telling/laughing at players over how bad they are. If you wanna talk shit about the character they're playing, fine. Don't talk shit about the player *on a stream clip, where thousands can hear you* for the lols. It would destroy my confidence if I heard commentators trying to be funny by saying "you're so bad" over an honest mistake.

That move has killed me center stage at 20%, it’s incredibly powerful and this just confuses me to no end… It wasn’t fully charged? That’s all I can gather because I main D3 and this kills me all the time at the same or lower percentage.

Yeah, not all Wafts are identical. That was probably a mid-charged one (the move charges while you're not using it), the more powerful ones launch Wario upwards from the force.

The waft charges gradually over time, and there are a few thresholds where the power increases. You can see it as similar to Robin's thoron (neutral b) but charging passively over a great period of time. The two things to note are that losing a stock does not reset waft, and that whenever Wario eats something with neutral b it reduces the charge time (i'm not sure if eating the opponent counts, i don't play Wario). So in this case it simply wasn't a charged waft.
